The majority of material in the silo free flows, first through the discharge opening in the floor center and secondly through the discharge wells on top of the reclaim tunnel. When free flow stops, the Weaver Bin Sweep with its center drive will automatically sweep the grain on both sides of the reclaim tunnel into the center discharge as it rotates around the floor of the silo. Its powerful, compact and efficient design, with high capacity, will obtain maximum emptying of the silo with one or two passes. No personnel entry, health hazards, equipment modifications, or belts, bearings, motors, steel/rubber carrier drive wheels, etc. are needed inside the silo. That’s right! It’s all done automatically.
