Weaver's Industrial Model 60 & 75 Bin Sweep Silo Reclaimers are for use with free flowing material only. A large discharge hopper is installed in the center of the silo floor. An open discharge auger operating in the discharge hopper promotes a wide flow channel for reclaiming the material in the silo. The discharge auger operates independently of the sweep auger and conveys free flowing material outside the silo. The sweep auger is positioned at right angles over the discharge auger and thus is in an excellent position for "bridge breaking". When unloading the bottom of the silo, the sweep auger is never more than 90 degrees away from the discharge auger which greatly reduces fines.

Weaver's 60 & 75 Bin Sweep Reclaimers have low power requirements. The electric drive motor on thedischarge auger unloads almost the entire silo. Mill capacity and discharge auger volume are easily matched for smooth operation and performance. An access door to the parking garage is located in the silo wall, through which the parking garage can be easily removed for reclaiming the material in the bottom of the silo. The parking garage can be removed without interfering with any equipment in the control room. In addition, the location of the silo access door outside the control room can be used for side drawing materials for surplus sales. Our silo access door design allows you to release the sweep auger for 18" of travel before making a full commitment to a 360 degree sweep for final clean out of the silo.
