Weaver’s Exclusive Dual Area Silo Reclaimer System uses a Primary and Secondary Sweep Auger that undercut two separate areas in the bottom of Silos. This unique system provides excellent downward “inter-particle” movement. Weaver’s Exclusive Free Flow Control System, using adjustable dome doors, rotary flow control gate and triple pitched sweep auger flighting, controls Free Flow when reclaiming material from the bottom of a Silo. The combined effect of these two features develop more consistent flow patterns in Silos resulting in truer “first in – first out” delivery of quality materials that are more uniformly homogenized and blended. And further, these features will greatly minimize age old Silo Material Bridging problems.

Weaver has designed their entire family of Weaver Industrial Silo Reclaimers so that Standard Maintenance of all moving parts can be done from OUTSIDE the silo material storage area. In addition, wherever possible, Weaver uses Standard Industrial Components that are commonly available from Industrial Suppliers. Weaver has made this a top priority to help assure your independence and thereby help reduce your maintenance cost. When you purchase a Weaver Industrial Silo Reclaimer, you are not making an exclusive commitment to us for parts or service. Weaver reclaimers are either supplied with complete electric control logic or control panel. The PLC completely integrates all reclaimer functions for maximum performance. Because “Free Flow” is controlled, the panel has a “stand-by mode” to automatically jog the main auger 1-2 revolutions every 1-12 hours, overnight or during periods of silo filling when not shipping product. The Discharge Hopper can be sized to have enough capacity to accomodate several days of jogging without the need to operate other Discharge Conveyors.
