Lumber Mill – Wood Chips
and Sawdust
The Wood Chips and Sawdust generated at this Lumber Mill when making dimensioned boards is conveyed into a 24’ Diameter x 52’ High Steel Reinforced “Drive Thru” Concrete Silo. The Weaver Silo Reclaimer is used to reclaim this material from the bottom of the Silo. It falls by gravity into trucks that are positioned below. When loaded with Wood Chips and Sawdust, it is delivered to farmers who use it for bedding livestock.
