Weaver's Twin Auger Silo Reclaimerhas knife-tipped Sweep Augers that are built with progressively increasing pitch which allows material to enter along it’s entire length. Both sweep augers are driven around the reclaim floor of the silo from the center turntable with a proven, heavy-duty chain drive system. The turntable rotates on a heavy UHMW bearing which eliminates the need for lubrication. Both knife-tipped silo reclaim augers cut through tough material, while conveying it to the center where it flows into the discharge hopper. The special, rugged, highly efficient design of the Weaver Twin Silo Reclaimer assures a steady, dependable reclaim rate. Optional, variable speed discharge auger is available for metering material with fairly good accuracy.

Many years of research and development have resulted in the special rugged, highly efficient design of the Weaver family of Silo Reclaimers. Service for the sweep auger drive and advance system is accessible from the silo control room under the silo reclaim floor. Daily silo reclaimer operations can be performed automatically from remote control stations or in the control room. Weaver’s Twin Silo Reclaimers are easily installed into new silos or can be retrofitted into existing silos. |
